Lauren Grimley
This month we are highlighting our Director of E-Commerce, Lauren Grimley!
Lauren has been working for 4T2D for just under a year providing consistent hard work and determination for the brand’s continued growth. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the work being produced and getting out into the public. She also mentions her excitement in seeing how people are starting to recognize the brand and watching the growth in our space.
When asked about what she likes most about 4T2D she shares, “There are some amazing and kind people who work here. We all have the same goal and we’re all extremely supportive of everyone, the camaraderie here is unmatched anywhere else!” Lauren’s favorite 4T2D products are our dresses, adding that the STCH Tee and Terry dresses are so comfy and look great anytime!
She is originally from Buffalo, NY - “Go Bills!”, and has since made a life here in Burlington, Vermont over the last 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and their dog Tobey, a 13-year-old corgi-mix. Outside of work, Lauren’s favorite things to do are reading outside and hanging with friends. She also is quite active, mentioning her love for pickleball and tennis in the summer, and snowshoeing and snowboarding in the winter.
Reflecting upon her appreciation of our Green Mountain State, she enthuses her love for bike rides exploring Stowe in the fall, stopping along the way for beers and food! Her other two favorite Vermont spots are Mount Philo and Bristol Falls.

The Dress That's Going to Impress
For this month’s blog post we are excited to be highlighting our Terry Pocket Tee Dress, the garment that combines a t-shirt and a dress in the best way possible!
This dress is made with bamboo terry, a plant-based fabric made from bamboo fibers. Bamboo terry is eco-friendly which is a huge bonus for our fellow outdoor lovers. It has moisture wicking properties that make it great for warmer weather that may cause you to sweat. The fabric has a softness to it that feels amazing against the skin and is quite breathable and flowy.
This dress will flatter anyone, it lays beautifully and comfortably on any body type. The dress has unique sleeves that go down to the elbow with a subtle puff that makes it all the more flattering and a little bit different than the usual t-shirt dress. We offer this dress in two different styles; solid or patterned.
The idea behind this design is having a closet staple you can easily throw on that will without a doubt always look good. From attending a cookout to just wearing around the house this is always going to be a reliable option. It’s a wardrobe staple that is perfect for wherever the day takes you. And the best feature of all in a dress…it has pockets!
Behind vermont lines:
Mount Philo
Each month we reveal our featured employee’s favorite spot in Vermont. Lauren shares that her favorite Vermont hike is Mount Philo, Vermont’s very first state park starting all the way back in 1924! Located in Charlotte, Vermont, this is an awesome spot to get outside and go for a scenic hike. The park offers many different trails making it a great place for hikers of all different skill levels. The summit reveals an incredible view of the Lake Champlain Valley and New York’s Adirondack Mountains. We especially love this hike during the summer and fall months because of the amazing views of the water and mountains.
In addition to hiking, Mount Philo State Park provides facilities for picnicking, including tables and grills, and a small camping area. The park is also a great spot for bird watching and wildlife observation, with various species inhabiting the area.
Mount Philo’s incredible views and easy accessibility make it a must-visit for Vermont locals and tourists alike. It is very dog friendly, so bring your furry friends along for the hike. If you have a craving for a relaxed outdoor endeavor in the Vermont area, give Mount Philo a visit.
