This month our selected employee is Reese Malafronte, our Industrial Maintenance Technician! When any of our machines need fixing, she is our go to person. Reese has been working for 4T2D/Fourbital Factory for ten months providing consistent hard work and a radiating positivity. Her favorite part of her job is the constant problem solving and the fact that every day is different! When asked about what she likes most about 4T2D/Fourbital Factory she says, “That we are waste conscious and using ecofriendly materials”. Like a lot of our employees, she values sustainability and preventing harm to our planet. Her favorite 4T2D products are the beanies, mentioning how the machines that make them are incredible engineering.

Reese is originally from Pennsylvania, raised by two parents from New York City which could explain her spunky flare! She has a dog named Stormy who is a big snuggle bug. Outside of work Reese spends her time sailing, sewing, and reading. Her absolute favorite thing to do in Vermont is to sail on Lake Champlain and enjoy the beautiful view on the water. When she’s not sailing, she loves to float around at Vermont swimming holes when the weather is warm! Reese is a valued member of our team and helps make the production of all our products possible.
